REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange & Refund policy is applicable if any product has a manufacturing fault of received damaged at the time of purchase.

Original packing should be returned with the product.
If the delivery has been done to cities other than Lahore & Karachi, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Please consult our support for shipping back methods. If a different article (Different from what was ordered) is received. Please inform at [email protected] or call our support number within 24 hours. The customer is not bound to keep the order and we will Exchange it at our cost.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order is cancelled before shipment from our warehouse then there will be no cancellation charges.

The order cannot be cancelled after the goods are shipped. In that instance the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and a valid reason has to be given.
